Blue Zones are areas in the world described as places where people tend to live the longest. There are several characteristics which can be ascribed to longevity of people from Blue Zones, like food, physical activity, no smoking and placing family ahead of other concerns.
It seems that in Blue Zones people are taking care of their relatives and close family.They are open to their concerns and look forward to helping each another. They are all ears to what happens in the family.

There is nothing to stop you from creating your own blue zone.
